Yoga Classes and Energy Sessions

Before buying the mansion and launching Victoria's Place by the River, I have been teaching yoga in Jefferson City, Columbia, Fulton and other Mid-Missouri locations. I believe your yoga practice—like life—should be about joy, authenticity, truth, peace and fun.

I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. Other certifications include:

  • Body Positive Yoga
  • Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider
  • Energy Worker. 

I love being a yoga teacher and lightworker anywhere it is needed. I wish love, light and healing to all those my life leads me to.

Host Wellness and Yoga Retreats

Are you seeking a simple and beautiful place to host your own yoga or wellness retreat? Victoria's Place is perfect for small groups to retreat to the middle of the country and find stillness within. Our offerings include:

  • Central U.S. location on the beautiful Missouri River. We are easy to access from all parts of the country and just a 20-minute drive from the Columbia, Mo., regional airport.
     
  • Space and amenities for up to 12 yoga students, including lodging accommodations, studio space, yoga mats and props including blankets, bolsters, blocks, bowls, essential oil diffusers and more. 
     
  • Healthful food served at breakfast, with additional catering options on request.
